Which are the 5 domestic players who could never make a place in the Indian team ?

 



Before playing cricket for India, you have to do well in domestic cricket. And then you get a place in international team. Everyone knows this thing. In India, any player who performs well in domestic cricket is selected in the national team. All the big players have done well in Ranji Trophy or First Class Class matches. Only then they got a chance to play for India. But this does not happen with every player. There are some players who have done well in domestic matches throughout their career, yet never made it to the Indian team. Today we will talk about those five players-

             1. Yere Gaud

First name comes of Yere God, who plays for railways. Yere God made his debut for Karnataka in 1994 and then started playing for Railways. He is also called Rahul Dravid of domestic cricket. He scored 7650 runs at an average of 45.53 with 16 centuries in his 17-year career. He returned to play for Karnataka after winning Ranji in 2009 in 2001. He is one of those batsmen who show that playing for India requires luck, not just talent. There was a lot of talent in him too, but it could never be seen by the selectors.



           2. Rajendra Goel


Another name comes in this list of Rajendra Goel, one of India's best left-arm spinners. Many of you must have heard his name. Rajendra specializes in making batsmen dance at his behest. Sunil Gavaskar and many big players have praised him. He is the highest wicket taker in Ranji Trophy history. He has taken 637 wickets in 123 Test Ranchi matches. Talking about the entire domestic cricket, Rajendra Goyal has taken 750 wickets with an economy of 2.10. Rajendra Goyal, who played for Punjab Haryana Delhi, could not make a place in his team due to many good spinners being the India team.

         3. Amol Majmudar

The first name that comes in this list is that of Amol Majumdar, a right-handed batsman who played Ranji Trophy for Mumbai. Amol holds the record for playing the biggest innings of the Ranji Trophy in his performance match. In his debut match, he scored 280 runs in the Ranji Trophy. Amol, a schoolmate with Sachin Tendulkar and Vinod Kambli, is considered one of the best home batsmen. He has scored 11166 runs in domestic matches at an average of 48.13 which includes 60 fifties and 30 centuries. Due to big players, he could never make its place in the Indian team.           4. Amarjeet K. P


The next player whose name comes is Amarjeet K P's another good batsman in domestic cricket who could not make his place in the Indian team. He was also called the big player of big matches. Due to his good technique and ability, many big innings have been played by him. He scored 7623 runs in Ranji Trophy which includes 27 centuries. KP is the only player in Ranji Trophy history who has scored more than one hundred and fifty runs in both innings of a match. It was also a measure of slowing down of players like Sachin Tendulkar Mohammad Azharuddin being in the team could not make his place in the Indian team.

5. Padmakar Shivilkar


The fifth and last name in this list is that of Padmakar Civilkar, another best bowler. Padmakar, who made his Mumbai debut in 1964, played domestic cricket for Mumbai for 24 years. And became the highest wicket taker for Mumbai. He took 559 wickets for Mumbai. He has given runs at an average of only 19.69 throughout his career. In cricket, an average of less than 20 is considered the best for any bowler. Break. Padmakar was famous for his frequent falls at the same place. Luck also did not support him and could never make his place in the Indian team.
