Today we will talk about the fun facts related to this amazing game of cricket which people will always remember.

The only batsman to hit a six in the first ball of a Test match.

As such, the history of cricket is more than 140 years old and every team has played countless Test matches in it. But still in spite of this, only one batsman has hit six on the very first ball of the test match. The batsman is Chris Gayle of the West Indies.
This is the case of the 2012 Test match being played against West Indies and Bangladesh. In that match, Bangladesh bowler Sohaj Ghazi made his debut and came to bowl the first over for his team. But at the very first ball of his career Chris showed him who he was.Chris hit the ball out of the park. Before that match and even after that match, no batsman has ever hit a six on the very first ball of a test match.

Sachin Tendulkar was dismissed for zero in Ranji just once.

Sachin played 38 Ranji matches for Mumbai in his career and during this time he scored 19 half-centuries and 18 centuries. But do you know that in the Ranji Trophy, Sachin has been out at zero once. And he was dismissed by India's swing master Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Yes! This is the matter of the 2008–09 Ranji season.
Sachin was out for zero off Bhuvneshwar Kumar. After that match, Bhubaneswar said that I do not even know how it happened? But he felt very good by getting Sachin out at 0.

Player who has played the most number balls in Tests.

As you all know, the record of playing the most Test is in the name of Sachin Tendulkar who played 200 Test matches in his career. If seen after them, then comes the number of Ricky Ponting and Steve Waugh, who played 168 Test matches in their career. But you will be surprised to know that the record of playing the most balls in a Test match and spending the most time on the crease is the record of Rahul Dravid, the player called the Wall of India. Rahul Dravid played 164 matches in his Test career, faced 31258 balls and spent the most time at the crease which is a record in Test history. Rahul Dravid has spent 44152 minutes at the crease. Rahul Dravid used to play so much that it was not easy for any bowler to take his wicket.

100th Test match of 3 players in a single test match.

Playing Test matches for our country is a big thing in itself. Even bigger thing is to play 100 test matches for our country. Till date, only 30 players have been able to play more than 100 Tests. But even more surprising, you would know that the Test match between South Africa and New Zealand at Centurion in April 2006 was the 100th match of Jacques Kallis, Stephen Flaming and Sean Pollock. This was the first time that three players completed 100 matches in a single match. Jacques Kallis won his team by scoring 100 runs in this match.

Virender Sehwag's highest score.

Now let's talk about India's best ODI batsman. Well tell me which is the batsman who used to attack the bowlers with the first ball of the T20 or Test match? Yes! You all must have the same player in mind. Virender Sehwag is here. The story of Sehwag's highest score, which makes everyone laugh with his bubbly talk, is also fun. Talking about T20, Veeru has the highest score of 119. It is 219 in ODIs and 319 in Test matches.
That is, Virender Sehwag's T20 odi and the highest scores in the test are 119, 219 and 319.
